To catch the big promotion season, customer need to launch products within 15 days.
Challenge
Conventional roto print should take at least one week to make plates, not mentioned production time.
Result
To specially support, time line we finished was 4 days from receiving design files to ship out bags, which seems crazy but sincere to customer.
How We Did It
To meet customer’s urgent request, we offered digital print solution and adjusted our production schedule reasonably. When received design files, our designer only took 2 hours to work out proofs and sent back customer for confirmation. Thanks for customer’s cooperation, all details confirmed in the morning, and production started in the afternoon. Production finished in 4 days and delivered to USA 7 days. Finally, time line greatly shorten.
